No. PixlFits processes all images 100% inside your web browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your images are never sent to any server, stored in any database, or seen by anyone other than you. This is what makes PixlFits fundamentally different from tools like iLoveIMG or Adobe Express.
Instagram recommends 1080×1080px for square posts, 1080×1350px for portrait (4:5), 1080×566px for landscape, and 1080×1920px for Stories and Reels. PixlFits has all these presets under the Instagram tab — one click to apply.
Yes. PixlFits supports batch resize — drop or select multiple images, configure your preset and fit mode, then click Download All as ZIP. All images are resized using your settings and packaged into a single ZIP file. Free, unlimited, no account required.
Yes. Enable Target File Size in the sidebar, enter your desired size (e.g. 200 KB or 2 MB), and PixlFits automatically runs a binary-search quality algorithm to hit your target within 3% accuracy. This works for JPEG and WebP output formats.
WhatsApp displays profile pictures at 500×500px. Use the WhatsApp tab in PixlFits and select Profile Picture for an instant preset. WhatsApp Status uses 1080×1920px (9:16).
You can export your resized image as JPEG (best for photos, small file size), PNG (lossless, supports transparency), or WebP (modern format, great compression + quality). Use the Output Format selector in the sidebar.
